began her formal visual arts training in 1999 at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. She moved on to continue her studies in NYC, where she attended Marymount Manhattan College. It wasn’t until the birth of her nephew that she discovered her love of children’s illustration. Since then, she has become a mother, furthering her drive to create whimsy and magic for children through her illustrations. Drew is a member of SCBWI and was the 2019 winner of Louisiana/Mississippi portfolio showcase.
